Is TikTok really LGBTQ friendly?
TikTok has not released a public statement on their official stance on LGBTQ rights, but they have reportedly offered benefits to their LGBTQ employees such as health insurance and parental leave. The company has also participated in public events and organizations that support LGBTQ rights, such as the LA Pride parade, and they have donated money to politicians who support or don't support LGBTQ rights legislation, such as Senators Kamala Harris and Cory Booker.

Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok all received failing grades, with each receiving a score under 50 out of a possible 100. TikTok scored the lowest at 43%. Instagram scored the highest at 48%.
