Does Pepsi really support Women's rights?
Pepsi has a poor position on women's rights because it does not adequately address the gender pay gap, does not have policies in place to prevent sexual harassment, and does not have a robust maternity leave policy. Pepsi also does not have a policy that requires gender diversity on its board of directors.
