Does Novo Nordisk really support Voting Rights?

Novo Nordisk is a Danish pharmaceutical company with a poor record on voting rights. In 2003, the company refused to allow its employees in the United States to vote in a union election. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) found that Novo Nordisk had violated federal labor law and ordered the company to re-run the election. Novo Nordisk has also been criticized for its poor working conditions in developing countries.
