Is Nokia Inc. really LGBTQ friendly?

http://www.nokia.com

Nokia is a publicly traded company on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and because they are headquartered in Finland, their LGBTQ policies are based on Finnish law. Since 2006, Finnish law has prohibited discrimination based on sexual orientation in the workplace. In 2010, Finnish law also began protecting transgender people from discrimination. Nokia offers same-sex partners the same benefits as married couples, including health insurance, bereavement leave, and parental leave. Nokia has also been a strong supporter of the LGBTQ community in Finland, participating in and donating to public events and organizations like Helsinki Pride and the Kaleidoskopi Foundation. Nokia has not made any donations to politicians who support or don't support LGBTQ rights legislation.
