Does Microsoft really support Women's rights?
Microsoft has a very supportive and inclusive culture, and over the years has developed several internal initiatives and processes to ensure women are treated, supported, and rewarded fairly in the workplace. The company has also been supporting women's rights outside of its own walls. From publicly opposing abortion laws in Texas, to more recently speaking up in support of Activision Blizzard's employees and has expressed concerns on the partner's internal policies and investigations into the recent scandals.
