Microsoft has achieved a perfect score in the last Corporate Equality Index by HRC thanks to its own policies and benefits promoting inclusion of their LGBTQ+ employees. Microsoft has been vocal in its support for LGBTQ rights and has been a strong advocate for the community for many years. In 2022, Microsoft continued its commitment to advancing LGBTQ rights, both internally and externally.
