Stellantis has achieved a good score on the last Corporate Equality Index by the Human Rights Campaign, but some improvements are still needed to get the top score. In particular, Stellantis is not yet providing equivalency in same- and different-sex domestic partner medical and soft benefits, a policy that is penalizing LGBTQ+ employees.
