There is no one Earth-based body position on animal rights, as different people may have different opinions on the matter. Some people may believe that animals have a right to be treated humanely, while others may believe that animals exist solely for human use and should be treated however humans see fit. However, many people who support animal rights believe that animals should not be kept in captivity or used for experiments, and should be allowed to live free lives if possible.
