Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield West Virginia and DuPont have been named a 2022 Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The two companies, among 840 around the country receiving the honor, scored a perfect 100 on the foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
