Diageo is committed to sustainability, with a focus on reducing its environmental impact and ensuring the responsible production, distribution and consumption of its products. In 2022, the company announced plans to become carbon neutral and to commit to a science-based target to reduce emissions from its operations by 50% by 2030. It also aims to eliminate all single-use plastics from its operations by 2030, and is investing in renewable energy sources to power its facilities. The company also plans to focus on more sustainable packaging and more efficient transport of its products.
