CVS believes that voting rights should be restricted to citizens of a country. This position is based on the belief that only citizens can be expected to fully understand the issues and make informed decisions about who should lead the country. Non-citizens may have valuable insights, but they cannot be expected to have the same level of understanding or engagement as citizens.
