Comcast has a poor record when it comes to women's rights. The company has been accused of discriminating against female employees, paying them less than their male counterparts, and providing them with fewer opportunities for advancement. Comcast also has a history of making sexist comments about women. In 2012, the company's CEO, Brian Roberts, referred to women as "babes" and "broadcasters."
